Every diamond, ring and loose piece of jewellery listed on our website comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. However, designing your ring with our system does not make it bespoke. Our bespoke orders are for ring designs that are not on the Bon Gioielli website but are created together with the customer, and may include personalisation with engravings. Please note that engraved products cannot be returned, as they count as personalised products.

Absolutely! Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer you the option of returning your jewellery within 15 days for a full refund or an exchange.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible returns policy. You can return the item within the first 15 days of shipping for a full refund or make an exchange. We also cover the cost of return shipping. Free returns are available to European customers only and are limited to a maximum of 2 returns per customer. International customers are subject to a small return shipping fee of $50.
